Health and Health Related indicators: Responsive Health System in the New Beginnings

Abstract

The Ministry of Health through the HSTP II envisions all of its citizens enjoying equitable and affordable access to all types of health services. The attainment of this vision entails robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems that reveal the status of utilization of health services and desirable healthy practices using key equity lenses. The Health and Health Related Indicators Report for fiscal year 2013 provides progress of the annual health sector work plan as well as the overall health sector performance against the set targets agreed upon with key stakeholders in the era of HSTP II.
